NEAA’s antique appraiser members are the leaders among independent personal property appraisers, consultants,conservators, estate liquidators, auctioneers, gallery owners, and antique dealers. We offer you the tools to make you a leader too! You will receive not only the educational background for personal property appraising, but a mentoring program that provides you with help in establishing your client base and a continuing presence by help in answering questions you might have about a particular appraisal. You can apply for our core course and membership at the same time.

2 Provide 3 references: character or professional
Resume showing years of market related experience in specialty (art, antique and residential content)
3 Complete the NEAA’s Core Course in Appraisal Studies and Ethics
($950.00 + $85.00 text book)
Complete the National Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice (USPAP) and pass the exam (can be taken online)
Abide by the NEAA Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct
